MODE Global seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our high energy, rapidly growing team! This role is primarily responsible for all accounts payable duties and maintaining a strong rapport with customers and internal team members.

JOB SUMMARY:To ensure timely processing of all invoices, for timely payment to carriers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Work all Corporate assigned exceptions – clear exception or route to location for handling
• Monitor exceptions queue, as needed, within the necessary systems
• To insure the accuracy and timeliness of exceptions processed
• Assist with internal processing of AP invoice entries
• Monitor/communicate/clear exceptions that have aged – 30/60/90 days
• To establish and maintain high quality carrier/IBO/ corporate relations
• Any other Job function deemed necessary by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• High School Diploma
• Organization skills
• Communication skills
• The ability to multi task and problem solve
• Excel/Word
• The ability to promote and maintain a positive team environment and work independently
