The facility maintenance position is vital the overall cleanliness and first impression of the Houma Mockler Beverage Facility. The maintenancestaff is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the entire facility, insideand out.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Clean and maintain the interior of the building, including all offices.
• Clean and maintain floors.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas, including restocking of supplies.
• Dusts all desks, wood, and fixtures.
• Clean and maintain kitchen areas, refrigerator, food areas, & Eagle's Nest
• Empties trash and cleans and maintains trash cans.
• Clean and maintain the exterior of the building; patio, driveways, warehouse, and walkways.
• Assists other Team members as needed or when business needs dictate.
• Previous maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be disciplined and self-motivated.
• Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Physical Requirements:

Whileperforming the duties of this position, the team members will regularly berequired to:

• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Move about the facility and stand for long periods.
• Walk or stand 100% of the shift.
• Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently.
