In the role of Regional Vice President at MobilityWorks, you will support this mission by being the driving force and change agent in the implementation of corporate strategies aimed at improving such areas as; sales, employee cultivation, business development, and overall growth across new and existing markets. This role will support the EAST region of Mobilityworks. The ideal applicant will be living within this region and /or willing to travel frequently to the East Coast. 

What you get to accomplish: 

  • Grow and develop all aspects of the business operations with assigned region. 
  • Direct and oversee a regional team to ensure and maximize store-level productivity and development. 
  • Execute corporate directives and strategies for sales, service, and administrative functions within assigned region from the operations playbook. 
  • Manage operational scorecards for assigned region to ensure goals are met. 
  • Report on consolidated KPI’s and metrics for further identify areas of opportunity. 
  • Support identified areas with corrective action plans. 
  • Team with President, C-Suite, and other functional corporate leaders to ensure targeted goals are met.
  • Strategize with Business Development team and President to identify areas of opportunity to pursue and execute market expansion. 
  • Work alongside HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure staffing needs are met at the regional and store levels. 
  • Cultivate and support employee growth to maximize team retention and development, while coaching and training regional team in these areas. 
  • Lead change initiatives for continuous improvement and obtain buy-in from stakeholders within the operational team. 

What you should possess: 

  • 10 years of strategic leadership 
  • 5 years of managerial experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred. 
  • Project management
