We are hiring a Client Relations Specialist! The Client Relations Specialist will set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process for new accounts. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our products and services.

The ideal candidate is high energy, experienced with web-based technologies, passionate about helping customers, and excels communication via phone and email. Successful candidates will have the ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate those concepts to customers with varying degrees of technical expertise. A collaborative approach is key as this role is expected to contribute ideas and initiate tactical improvements to the overall onboarding process.

As an On-Boarding Agent, you are tasked with managing several Mobile Styles Professional profiles. You will develop and maintain job postings and resource centers. As an On-Boarding Agent, you must adapt to working in a fast-paced environment while delivering multiple projects on schedule and with no errors.

Your Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Identify client needs, research issues and provide solutions (Tech Support)
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Solve customer issues, inquiries and complaints
  • Schedule phone appointments with potential professionals.
  • Report issues with application to development team.
  • Update daily activity reports.
  • Resolve customer issues, inquiries and complaints.
  • Periodic data entry is performed
  • Review applicants to determine eligibility as professional for mobile application
  • Utilize tools, including MS Office, Calendly, Smartsheets and Google Calendar
  • Build rapport with potential clients and professionals
  • Participate in daily and quarterly meetings
  • Reply and follow-up with all calls

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and Experience

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience with technology, including mac and android
  • Strong organizational capabilities including planning, managing and scheduling.
  • Excellent organization skills and able to manage multiple and changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer interaction skills to include communications, presentation and conflict resolution skills
  • Time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
