Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various programs related to behavioral health and social work. This is an administrative role that requires strong program management skills, relationship management abilities, and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage program staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies
- Coordinate program activities, including scheduling and logistics
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to meet goals
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program effectiveness
- Assist in budgeting and financial management for the program
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, public health)
- Proven experience in program development and management
- Knowledge of behavioral health and social work principles
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Strong administrative skills, including budgeting and record keeping
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
