For more information, visit www.mckesson.com. Current Need McKesson Medical-Surgical is seeking a Contract Compliance Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA or Jacksonville, FL. Position Description The Contract Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and tracking the compliance of Federal, State/Local Government, and Correctional Contracts. Full understanding of all operational requirements and internal workflow will be required to maintain compliance with each contract as well as ongoing price audits. Proactive communication and coordination with various internal departments will be critical in this role along with maintaining a robust tracking and auditing schedule. This position will attend planning meetings and play a key role in the implementation of large government contracts. In addition, the analyst will help to maintain an automated contract inventory tracking system, assist in the development of SFDC Contract Management System, and develop/present compliance training to internal departments. Key Responsibilities Thorough review and understanding of each contract to create a contract matrix that lists all requirements and deliverables. Adhering to the established risk-based cadence requirements. Determine key stakeholders and best method of compliance confirmation. Develop contract specific compliance reporting and audit trail for both internal and external needs. Prepare monthly compliance reports and present results upon request. Actively participate in the review/response to government contractual opportunities. Tracking contract specific deliverables and communicating with internal teams through resolution. Maintains a contract inventory that feeds into or extrapolates data from SFDC, E1 and Master Government Reporting. Assist Government Sales Administration Management Team in the development, implementation & training of a SFDC contract management system from a compliance and process perspective. Develop and present government compliance training to internal departments. Special projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements 4 years of relevant experience. Critical Skills 5 years of business experience with contracting, compliance, audit, or project management. 1 years Healthcare Distribution Operations or Government business experience a plus. Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Ability to present findings in succinct formats to multiple levels of the organization. Highly organized with ability to work independently and track/own multiple projects and priorities. Additional Skills Intermediate Excel & PowerPoint skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with extreme accuracy. Excellent research and problem-solving skills. Education 4-year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience. HS diploma required.
