MMG is Hiring a Data Entry Clerk Near NY, NY
The person in this role will be directly supervised by the Billing Supervisor and the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Input and reconcile data to support multiple departments at a high volume litigation law firm
- Identify and relay critical follow-ups/clarifications to appropriate team members
- Build a positive working relationship with mentors and team members
- Any additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
The person in this role must be a team player, well organized, a problem solver and possess the below skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations
- Extreme attention to detail
- Data entry experience and comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Ability to multitask, quickly learn the job, and work independently
Compensation: $18-$20/hour commensurate with experience.
