Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Establish working relationships and participate and contribute within a team environment
- Respond to customer inquires in a professional and friendly manner
- Document all communication affecting customers, employees, ISR's or suppliers
- Create and maintain all customer files
- Create and maintain the weekly route schedule for service technicians
- Provide assistance to service managers
- Prepare and complete the service schedules
- Create FedEx labels and ship parts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong Microsoft Excel and other computer/software skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Be well spoken and present a professional phone presence
- Time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Team player and willingness to help others
- Ability to think analytically
- Ability to always project a positive attitude
