Our Design & Development company is looking for a self-motivated and responsible Project Manager in Construction with Healthcare experience to join our growing team. Our company is expanding rapidly, so we are constantly on the lookout for talented people interested in taking on new challenges. We're looking for a candidate who can take charge of a project, get it done right, and interact with staff to manage effective outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare construction
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Able to manage team and multiple projects
• Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• In-depth understanding of the construction industry
• Self-motivated and self-directed

Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred
