Responsibilities:

Provides all reception duties for the Senior Resource Center, including greeting, intake, and making appointments and referrals. Provides direct assistance to Benefits Enrollment Center (BEC) visitors with benefit applications, compiles monthly BEC data reports, is responsible for outreach in the community, follow up calls, and provides task supervision to volunteers.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate, Associates Degree preferred
• At least one (1) year of customer service or office experience
• Verbally fluent and able to articulate clearly in English and Spanish
• Outgoing and caring individual with professional demeanor
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft word, and Excel
• Knowledge of the community a plus
