Summary Manage the monthly SIOP forecasting process to include the review management of statistical models to generate the statistical forecast, coordinate with Sales and Marketing to receive customer input, compare the statistical and customer forecasts, and discuss areas needing alignment with Sales and Marketing. Lead the monthly Consensus Forecast Review meeting, bringing the forecast analysis and KPI’s for the team’s review to reach consensus. Job Responsibilities & Requirements Duties & Responsibilities: Managing and updating the statistical forecast and ensuring the data integrity of the forecast within the demand planning software with an 18-month planning horizon. Facilitating the collection of forecast inputs from Sales, Marketing and Customer Service into the demand planning software. Providing demand analysis and KPIs on forecast data including Forecast Accuracy, MAPE, WMAPE, Bias, and Forecast Consumption at multiple levels of aggregation and segmentation for each forecast streams and summarizing for the key stakeholders in the Demand Consensus meeting. Support continuous improvements in the demand planning process, analysis and KPI’s. Capturing the Consensus Demand Plan as an output of the Demand Consensus meeting to be locked in the Demand Planning Software and passed to the supply planning step. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management or similar studies. Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning Sophisticated mathematical and analytical skills and experience with demand planning software. Sophisticated technical skills for data management, Excel proficiency, ERP, data modeling, data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, etc) Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP/MRP software systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability and desire to travel. Working Conditions: Office working conditions and some travel.
