Summary • The Campus Recruiter leads campus recruitment efforts, including university partnerships, as well as internship program development and execution. The Campus Recruiter will develop and execute strategy resulting in a strong pipeline of intern applicants, build and maintain effective relationships with key universities and partners, and drive internal awareness of the program Job Responsibilities & Requirements ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Recruiting: Proven success as a recruiter, including campus recruitment Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) Knowledge of effective sourcing and marketing strategies Excellent communication skills Strong decision-making skills Outstanding organization ability – projects, timelines, autonomy Metrics driven Program Development: Research, Design and Deploy campus recruitment efforts and internship programs. Build relationships with university partners, including career services teams, professors and deans, and student organizations. Host events, in person and virtually, driving MiTek’s employment brand within university programs. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Establish best in class campus recruitment program, delivering top talent to the business, resulting in successful internship programs. Build and maintain strong relationships within the business to understand strategic hiring needs and connect these needs to campus recruitment efforts. Participate in formation of analytics to monitor program success. SKILLS & ABILITIES: Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ recruitment experience – preferably in campus recruitment Other Requirements: Experience with digital/social media sourcing, building sourcing programs, establishing institutional relationships, and community relations. Fluency in Spanish and/or other foreign languages a plus. Flexibility to travel locally up to 50% during peak Career Fair Season: August-October; January-April. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, the pay range for this position is estimated at $72,000-$100,000/year.
