What you will doSupport teams across the organization (including, but not limited to, Operations, Marketing) with data analysis, data validation, and testing new offerings and business alterationsFacilitate automation of reports and produce ad hoc reports using BI toolsCompose summaries that synthesize raw data into actionable insights Manage and coach team of highly motivated analysts Prepare and publish key performance metrics/reports to all levels of the organizationAnalyze the compiled information to identify opportunities for business improvementHow you will shineBachelor’s degree in finance, business, analytics, or quantitative related field5 years’ experience in quantitative analysis and data visualizationData-mining skills and expertise in visualizing and manipulating large datasetsExpert in using Excel and intermediate proficiency in SQL. Experience in R/Python is a plusExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Domo preferred
