We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Work with an amazing team in a fun environment. Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs. Create “Wow” moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction. Help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness. Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations. WHAT YOU NEED: An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills. The ability to connect with customers. Attention to detail and pride in your work. High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions. A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude. The ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
