The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Some days are pressure filled and you’ll need to remain flexible, resourceful, and efficient. Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Painting
- Appliances
- Exterior structures
- Swimming pools
The Details: Our Service Technicians should have:
- Basic tools of the trade
- CPO & EPA Certification preferred
- Be able to professionally communicate to residents, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Basic maintenance experience required
- Snow removal required
- On-Call hours schedule
