Mission Neighborhood Health Center is Hiring a Case Manager Supervisor Near San Francisco, CA
Looking for a unique opportunity to shape behavioral health care delivery and provide direct support to an underserved population?
***Starting hourly range is $29.00 to $35.00 with benefits***
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
The Case Manager Supervisor has the following responsibilities and duties:
- 50% of time will be spent providing behavioral health services to homeless patients enrolled in the MNRC Clinic diagnosed with mild to moderate mental health conditions and general psychosocial concerns as well as substance use disorders.
- Other 50% of time will be spent on admin/supervising 5-6 case managers and substance use counselors.
- As a member of the leadership team, the person in this position will play a key role in building a more integrated team and have a voice in the overall direction of the Resource Center.
Requirements
The Case Manager Supervisor should have the following skills, education and experience:
- MSW / MFT required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required.
Who We Are: Founded in 2002 as a community response to the neighborhood's growing homeless population, the Mission Neighborhood Resource Center (MNRC) advocates for housing and resources to enhance the physical, social, emotional, and economic health of homeless residents in the 16th street corridor and surrounding Mission neighborhood. MNRC employs a service model based on harm-reduction principles and practices that focus on community building, basic human needs, and integrated health services for a diverse population as they move toward greater stability and well-being
We are open from 7am to 7pm and can be flexible with start and stop times.
