Duties may include:

• Prepare a variety of baked goods for the Bistro, Agua Terrace, Room Service and Events
• Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in an appealing way
• Monitor ingredients, supplies and equipment communicate to Chef or Sous Chef
• Meet with customers to discuss custom-made desserts or baked goods for special occasions
• Work as part of a team
• Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
