Job Summary:

The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for fostering a professional kitchen environment and oversees kitchen operations for all Bistro and Aqua Terrace business. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for ensuring that all staff promote excellent and guest focused service in these outlets. In conjunction with the other kitchen managers, the Chef de Cuisine is responsible for the training, coaching, and counseling of the kitchen employees (to include line cooks, prep cooks, pastry, and dishwashers) to ensure work performance is up to the Mirbeau Inn & Spa's standard of excellence, professionalism, and friendliness.
