Ensure the shipping and receiving of goods and services and to maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.This person must be able to lift a moderate weigh and must have good communication skills.

Essential Functions:
- Review departmental orders on a daily basis using the procurement system.
- Manage deliveries from shippers, receipt of goods and storage of items to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Check in products by comparing to packing slips/invoices to process payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Make regular rounds around the property to delivery packages to various departments and pick up outgoing mail and shipping.
- Package and label all outgoing packages to ship via FedEx.
- Maintain computerized records of items or services purchased, costs, and delivery.
- Enforce strict internal controls and continuously monitor and track inventories.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.
- Regularly use a pallet jack to move/relocate pallets inside the warehouse.
- Support and assist Retail Warehouse Clerk as needed.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including PM's, weekends and holidays
- Work with Purchasing Manager to complete additional tasks as required.
