The CSR primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with customer requests for printing and mailing services; entering customer information and job specifications into our management software; producing job quotes for the customer and work order job tickets for the productions staff; and invoicing jobs once they are completed. The CSR will work very closely with all staff to ensure work is completed accurately and on-time.
Attention to detail is a large part of this job both in data-entry and job specifications. Professional appearance is important as the representative of our company.
