The CSR primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with customer requests for printing and mailing services; entering customer information and job specifications into our management software; producing job quotes for the customer and work order job tickets for the productions staff; and invoicing jobs once they are completed. The CSR will work very closely with all staff to ensure work is completed accurately and on-time.

Attention to detail is a large part of this job both in data-entry and job specifications. Professional appearance is important as the representative of our company.

Job Duties:

• Provides first contact with customers and prospects, professionally communicates MMP abilities and deadlines, artwork requirements and coordinates subsequent work flow including follow-up with customers.
• Organizes and prepares the work flow coming in, out-sources overflow and Central Facility work, estimates press costs, and assists with the desk-top work to ensure the timely and efficient completion of the work.
• Work with all stakeholders, such as production staff, suppliers, and customers on orders and projects, including pricing, technical specifications, and meeting deadlines
• Review work produced to ensure adherence to quality specifications
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
• Willingness to cross-train to assist in other positions
• Ability to work overtime upon request
• Perform other duties as requested
