MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to join the CampusSIMs Team! Individual reports to Director, Channel Dev, CampusSIMS. Role is remote. - must reside in the United States.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Account Manager will maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts. Conduct seasonal outreach to existing partners for SIM orders. Answer partner inquiries. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams such as marketing, shipping and customer support. Occasionally travel and attend conferences. Prospect and close new deals within designated markets/territories.

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
• Develop new relationships with large accounts outside of the standard business model.
• Seasonal outreach to existing partners for SIM orders.
• Answer partner inquiries.
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams such as marketing, shipping and customer support.
• Occasional travel.
• Prospect and close new deals within designated markets/territories.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Willingness to prospect and cold call.
• Experience in the University/College market is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a growing organization.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
• Prior experience marketing to college students / youth market preferred.
