Mint House is Hiring a Hospitality Associate Near Minneapolis, MN
THE ROLE
Shifts will be Tuesday though Friday from 2:00pm to 12:00am. Hourly rate is $17.
AT MINT HOUSE YOU WILL
- Serve as a helpful resource in the field to troubleshoot guest issues in real-time and any guest maintenance concerns
- Responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned apartments or areas according to Mint House standards and procedures, including: making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removal of trash/recycle removal, cleaning kitchens, refrigerators, microwaves and running dishes, glasses and flatware through dishwasher
- Execute unit departure and arrival inspections to ensure units are constantly meeting or exceeding brand standards
- Assist with unit upkeep, inventory management, and work with the team on ad-hoc projects
- Master our software to assist the guest stay

- 1 year of guest service or hospitality experience
- You are willing to work a flexible schedule and support the team
