Job Summary:

Since 1996, Minnetronix has been dedicated to creating medical devices that help physicians do better work and allow patients to live better lives. In this position the Marketing Analyst will execute market intelligence and demand gen activities to support the sustainable growth of our business. This dynamic individual will take an analytical approach to market intelligence to identify prospects within defined target segments, while also managing execution of various marketing tactics across our technology segments to build market awareness and drive inbounds.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter ready to move fast, learn on the fly, and evolve the overall marketing competency at Minnetronix while applying continuous improvement to establish best practices. Analytical and tech savvy, this person will take a structured approach to market research and marketing campaign deployment while championing tools to maximize overall effectiveness.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Analyze market segments to find target accounts, then identify and report reachable contacts at those accounts
• Research target accounts to categorize based on pre-qualification criteria to determine priority based on fit and timing
• Add and maintain organized lists of prospects in salesforce, structured into various segments
• Execute demand gen initiatives & marketing campaigns to drive inbounds, including deployment of email, social, web, advertising, trade show, and other sales/marketing collateral 
• Deploy account-based marketing tactics to prioritized target accounts 
• Partner with outside agencies/vendors to support marketing initiatives and meet deadlines
• Develop, track, and report appropriate marketing & pipeline metrics 
• Triage inbounds from our website and handoff for engagement if relevant
• Research medical device market, technology, and competitive dynamics of prioritized prospects
• Provide effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage & track key performance metrics as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• B.S. required, preferably business or marketing
• Business savvy, with experience analyzing market dynamics including technology segments, product lifecycles, and competitive dynamics
• Experience or familiarity with deploying marketing initiatives across multiple channels to develop effective campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion and within deadlines and metrics 
• Experience with marketing automation is a plus, preferably Pardot
• Nice to have: proficiency in publication (Adobe InDesign), photo editing (Adobe Photoshop), video editing (Adobe Premiere) tools
• 2 years’ experience in B2B marketing or communications roles preferred
