Position: STEM Education - Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Responsibilities:  
  • Develop relationship-centric sales strategies to draw in potential buyers and solicit new potential clients for our products and services.
  • Educate and nurture potential clients through cold-calling and responding to inquiries generated from inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Create tactics to source new deals through inbound lead and outbound lead management strategies.
  • Anticipate needs by studying the competition and conducting market research to identify new leads. 
  • Perform compelling online product demonstrations for prospects.
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
  • As part of our growing sales team, help to define and improve sales processes.

  • You have flawless communication skills, both written and oral. 
  • You are detail-oriented and can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 
  • You have a natural disposition towards helping others and project a friendly, professional demeanor. 
  • You are an expert in online productivity and collaboration tools.
  • You can effectively identify, solve, and escalate problems or involve others when unable to resolve issues alone.

Location:  
Please note that this role is based in Lakewood, CO. While we have flexibility around timing for relocation, we are not currently considering permanently remote candidates. Most employees work in hybrid mode and come together in our beautiful 11,000 square-foot space designed as a center for creativity, collaboration, and innovation – with a gorgeous community garden and outdoor community space.
Compensation: 
The estimated starting salary is $60,000 - $70,000 annually, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package, will be determined by several factors including the applicant's experience, skills, and abilities, and internal equity among our team.
