Job Description

As the Administrative Coordinator to the infrastructure department, you will be providing assistance through a variety of administrative support tasks.

What you'll be doing: 

As a member of a growing team, Perform clerical duties, such as filing, faxing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails

  • Work with accounting departments to process invoices, make payments, and track receipts
  • Receive and forward communications to different staff and departments
  • Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders
  • Create, prepare, and deliver reports to various departments
  • Monitor orders through all stages to completion
  • Update and maintain contracts

  What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves: 

  • 1 year experience for entry-level positions
  • Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organized with familiarity with regards to building standard operating processes and procedures
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
  • Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction
  • Strong communication skills

Nice to Have: 

  • Associate’ degree in office administration
  • Experience working with Dynamic Point and other account software and principals
  • Familiarity working with IT ServiceDesk platforms
