Position Summary – The Scrum Master position is a fully remote role requiring collaboration with stakeholders during GMT-5 (ET) business hours. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinates daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and any other scrum meetings (backlog grooming, release planning, etc.) for multiple teams
• Works with product management to prioritize the backlog
• Removes any impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint goals (internal to the team as well as external, dealing with all cross-functional teams as appropriate)
• Ensures Scrum process is followed properly
• Help achieve potentially shippable product increment at the end of the sprint
• Make sure the team goes through scrum meetings with the right objectives and sets up achievable goals with the necessary acceptance criteria
• Drive process improvements toward consistent delivery of the working products.
• Ensure tactical plans are communicated to main stakeholders including relevant cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational software development environment and to take ownership of getting the team aligned and delivering commitments
• Maintains 1:1 meetings with Individual contributors/ Developers for individualized feedback

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) techniques
• 5 years as a Scrum Master / Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Ability to deliver releases on schedule with high quality
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Software skills: Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Git
• Knowledge of release methodologies for cloud software
• Managed multiple Scrum teams at a time
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred

Salary Range - $100,000 - $115,000
