The Human Resources Manager is largely internal constituent-facing; assisting and supporting the uncovering, discovering, defining, evaluating, assessing, qualifying, and validating existing employees and employee candidates. The Human Resources Manager works with our internal and external constituents to serve and solve our company and employee needs in all facets of human resources, providing competent, consistent, timely, innovative, and fiscally responsible solutions. The Human Resources Manager is the lead interface, researcher, and evaluator to our external providers of human resources services, and then recommends solutions to management. The Human Resources Manager leads and directs the functions and responsibilities of the human resources department; including but not limited to recruiting and interviewing of employee candidates, administrating pay, benefits, and guidelines, while effectively implementing and supporting any and all company policies and practices.

Education:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Liberal Arts, or Business Management.
