GENERAL FUNCTION:
Direct the overall management of the Center to ensure that it is performing in accordance with the contract, Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH), the Company's Standard Operating Procedures and that the CSS plan is incorporated into the Regional CDSS Plan and Corporate Objectives. Direct all Center activities toward meeting and surpassing the performance outcome measurement goals on the center report card.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor Degree with five years of experience in program management and direction, and experience working with youth. Experience in administration, fiscal/budgetary planning, monitoring, and management which provided for review of work in an employment and training program which served youth is preferred. Must have three years of supervisory experience.
** A valid driver license is required.
