- Provide excellent customer service by working with store locations and Territory Managers to exceed customer needs.
- Increase customer service by answering incoming requests through phone, email and text messaging in order to provide accurate quotes and orders through our internal system as well as placed through our eCommerce website.
- Develop and maintain customer and dealer relationships throughout the Western Region to ensure customer satisfaction of products and services.
- Continually improve on sales skills and product knowledge to maintain competitive advantage in a very high paced and competitive environment.
- Provide internal and external customer support for pricing, quoting, credit management and ordering.
- Provide support for internal and external customers regarding National Sales Programs from manufacturers as well as Larson programs including co-op, rebates, strategic business plans and promotions to drive new business inside an existing customer base.
- Process orders, warranties, and returns with complete documentation
- Foster an internal environment that promotes and can be witnessed by treating customers and co-workers in a very friendly and respectful manner.
Gustave A. Larson is a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC, and Refrigeration (HVACR) equipment, parts, and supplies. Larson CXR’s efficiently ensure excellent customer service is provided while cultivating new and existing business through various means of selling our product lines. Responsible for building customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Candidates Should have
- 2 Years HVAC/R industry experience (residential, Commercial, Industrial)
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the HVAC/R contracting business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Outlook)
- Valid Driver’s License
