If you’d like to be part of a non-profit organization that uses film as a catalyst to consider issues that matter to our city and its residents and to make our community a more compassionate and equitable place, we’d like to harness your expertise in high-level relationship building and corporate sponsor stewardship and development managing a portfolio of existing corporate and community sponsorship relationships and a growing capacity for new partnerships. Starting salary is expected to be between $48,000-$64,000, depending on experience. You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, including booster, by the time you join our team.
This full-time Strategic Partnerships Manager reports to our Strategic Partnerships Director. You’ll assist the Director and our Chief Innovation Officer in the administration of our film-based training programs and partner relationships and will handle a variety of other corporate sponsor-related activities such as film and event programming and corporate cinema rentals. You’ll collaborate on the creation of sponsorship proposals, programming briefs, wrap reports, and other important partnership-related communications while ensuring consistently clear communications with, and quality deliverables for, our corporate partners.
We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive client relationship builder with at least 3 years in corporate sales and community outreach. If you’re a resourceful connector who works well under pressure, is able to execute multiple priorities with competing deadlines, has superior business writing skills, and excels at public speaking, we’d love to hear from you. Among other systems, we use Asana for project management and Slack for communications. Of course, a passion for film to spark curiosity and empathy is a must.
