Milton Stags Basketball in Milton, ON is looking for competitive Coaches for youth basketball programs to join our strong and ever growing team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced, punctual, loves to work with kids and has solid knowledge of basketball and its rules.
Responsibilities
- *Reports directly to club's Program Director *Club's will pay for NCCP certifications *Identify and define medium and long-term goals *Formulate key strategies to develop and execute effective developmental skill drills and plays *Prescribing training programs based on individual and team needs *Coaching, mentoring and training youth *Has good leadership skills *Be able to motivate participants
