As the Maintenance Supervisor of our Mooresville health care campus, you will manage and oversee the Maintenance staff for our 82 skilled bed rehab facility and our 48 assisted living apartments. You will work with facility and corporate services staff to adhere to State and Federal regulations and company policies regarding safety, infection control, and other applicable standards. You are responsible for the general upkeep of the physical plant, its property and grounds. You play a key role in patient and visitor safety, comfort and satisfaction.
