The Communications Manager will oversee all internal communications within Miller’s Ale House. They will be responsible for the creation and implementation of a strategic, multi-faceted communications program designed to build and strengthen information flow within the organization. They will produce & deliver engaging content through various channels to our teams. The Communications Manager will be the conduit for the information from the various departments to operations and the RSC, with the intent of streamlining information and managing the funnel of information to the field. This role requires a “hands-on” person, as well as a strategic thinker, who exhibits great writing and journalism skills. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with vast experience in company communications, who is able to collaborate and create with a broad range of stakeholders and business levels.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Training, the Communications Manager will lead the strategy and execution of internal communications for Miller’s Ale House. This individual will be responsible for developing and coordinating communications strategies to ensure a strong alignment of our communications efforts, core values, and strategic initiatives. The Communications and Training Manager will communicate to our restaurant management leadership to stay informed and up-to-date on the company’s vision, goals, roll-outs, and projects. This position will also manage the internal communication platform, ensuring the content is organized, current, engaging, and searchable.
