Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain and review payroll practices.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for varied employee classifications.
- Manage payroll and tax reporting via Paycom (3rd party service provider) and manage relationship with service provider.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws as well as best practices.
- Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Required Experience:
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Deadline driven and excellent time management skills
