How You Will Contribute:
100% review of complex international tax returns for 5471, 8858, 8865, 5472, subpart F, GILTI, etc., and the details of foreign disclosures supplied on federal and state tax returns.
Provide consulting and tax-saving strategies to clients.
Prepare calculations of projected tax consequences of alternative transactions, considering all relevant effects on clients’ overall global tax positions.
Handle routine tax questions, research tax issues, and look for opportunities to provide additional services.
Develop and maintain client relationships by providing high quality service that exceeds client’s expectations.
Assist with managing, training, and developing staff.
About YOU!
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, MST, or equivalent experience.
CPA License required.
5 progressive years of experience with a focus on international tax.
Experience with transfer pricing principles to both routine and non-routine transactions.
Experience with income tax treaties, including a basic understanding of the Limitations on Benefits provisions.
Working knowledge of key foreign jurisdictions, such as Canada, Mexico, India, China, Brazil, UK and Germany.
