Currently, MPG is seeking to hire an experienced Sanitation Supervisor for our locations in the RTP area of NC. If you possess the required skills and experience as outlined below, please submit your resume for consideration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, manage, and develop the sanitation and pest control programs for the company.
• Oversee all janitorial staff while ensuring the company meets all internal and external customer requirements.
• Understand and follow the MPG Quality Management System, the Quality Policy, and corporate objectives and/or department goals in all duties.
• Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
• Evaluate, develop, standardize and implement sanitation and cleaning schedules.
• Evaluate and maintain sanitation, housekeeping, and insect and rodent control plans.
• Verify and track completion of required cleaning checklists.
• Monitor inventory levels of approved cleaning and sanitation chemicals and order supplies when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the communication of and compliance with the sanitation and housekeeping program requirements.
• Serve as main point of contact for all janitorial staff across the company to cover 24/7 timeframe.
• Complete and update required janitorial risk assessments.
• Perform daily administrative duties (i.e. Team member records, verifying training, time and attendance, work schedules).
• Troubleshoot sanitation and pest control issues.
• Serve as lead during customer sanitation audits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent required

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of special training, vocational school, and/or college courses preferred
• Two or more years of experience in manufacturing sanitation and management
• Two or more years in a leadership role in a diverse environment
• Intermediate computer knowledge skills and an ability to work with MS Office
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of referencing chemicals
• Ability to travel among local facilities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
