An Inside Sales Supervisor job in Tualatin, OR,  is available with Milgard Windows and Doors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a group of customer service representatives, effectively balancing performance with employee satisfaction, and using a solid coaching style to get the best out of the team. You will work cross-functionally with not only our Outside Sales team but often with our Finance and Distribution groups; a collaborative team approach is required. Additionally, we will require strong organizational and computer skills with attention to detail, a keen understanding of performance metrics, and a solid customer service commitment. Milgard Windows & Doors is the leading manufacturer of windows and doors in the Western United States with operations in Washington, Oregon, and California. Milgard was recently acquired by MI Windows, creating additional opportunities for growth and synergies between these two industry leaders.

Inside Sales Supervisor job responsibilities include:

• Oversees the Inside Sales Department performance.
• Review all paperwork to plan work activities, schedule appropriate personnel, and coordinate workload.
• Provide quality customer order support for Milgard customer base (internal and external).
• Process and review requests and system-generated acknowledgments and orders. Communicate professionally with Milgard customers and internal customers regarding product and business issues.
• Support the order process by working extensively with other departments.
• Support outside sales team with order entry and customer service
• The team consists of (insert team size here) salespeople.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience
• Prior construction or building material experience preferred
• Minimum high school diploma required; a degree would be a plus.
