Miles Table Catering Is looking to add to our roster of event chefs.

Miles has a dedicated events division and is currently hiring chefs to help fulfill clients expectations. Events include cocktail parties, dinner buffets, sit-down dinners with cocktail hours. We are an off premise catering company. Chefs are expected to sometimes drive company owned vehichles loaded with food and equiptment for off premise events. 

Position Results 

Turn out menus for events. Food to be presented artistically and according to timelines and specs. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectivly with event servers and/or clients. Lead Chefs are expected to pack out check menus and food, sometimes drive the vehichle pack up left over ingredients and equipement. The lead chefs organize all back of house operations including mobile kitchen, pantry etc.

How we bring you along

We will ask you to work a paid shift or two at our production kitchen or an event. From there we will get a feel for skills and communication level and over all fit. After this process we will evaluate internally and discuss what options are availble. We are a small team and would love to hire more culinary experts to our roster. i lokk forward to hearing from you 

Event Rates Listed - commisarry rates start at 17 per hour
