Overview

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Supervisor will drive and oversee the day-to-day aspects of the US payroll process. The Payroll Supervisor will ensure the timely and accurate processing of the semi-monthly payrolls, expense reimbursement payrolls, and monthly partner distribution payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Establish payroll schedules, deadlines, processes.
• Maintain the payroll checklists, and execute internal controls to ensure the accuracy of the payroll.
• Ensure US tax compliance - work with ADP Tax Services to reconcile quarterly and year end filings and return.
• Review all payroll system processing and approve before payroll is completed for submission.
• Responsible for gross payroll reconciliation - pre and post payroll confirmation.
• Interface with the HR/Benefits teams to ensure accurate payment and reporting for Special One-Time Payments, Voluntary Deductions, and Leave of Absence.
• Oversee payroll garnishments practices to ensure proper setup and ongoing reporting.
• Responsible for maintaining and developing standard written operating procedures and ensure processes are carried out accordingly.
• Oversee Year End Processes.
• Other responsibilities as they are assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• A College degree highly desirable; Preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• 5 years minimum payroll experience in organizations with 500 employees across multiple jurisdictions.
• Must have solid knowledge of payroll tax laws.
• Experience with expatriate assignments.
• Must be proficient in report writing and data analysis using Excel.
• At least 3 Years of functional experience using Workday and/or ADP highly desirable.
• Must have strong work ethic, ability to prioritize assignments and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be flexible and available to work beyond regular scheduled hours to meet department goals.
