RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and categorize bank & credit card transactions
- Credit card reconciliation
- Organize bills for payment
- Assist with financial reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates degree in accounting or business administration
- 1 years of accounting experience
- Basic understanding of GAAP accounting practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organization and computer skills
- Experience working with OuickBooks and NetSuite, preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
