MidWestOne Bank is searching for the next leaders in Commercial/Agricultural Lending or Credit Management! As a Management Trainee, you will work in a hands-on learning environment with our leaders in Credit Management and Lending who will provide you with the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful and thrive. You will also learn the importance of what it means to be a community bank and how to build relationships built on integrity and great care.
Our Management Trainee Program is a full-time employment opportunity for business graduates or related fields of study. Over the course of a 12-18-month period, you’ll gain in-depth training and professional development in several different areas of our community bank, all with an eventual career focus in Credit Management or Commercial/Agricultural Lending. And most importantly you’ll learn firsthand what it means to take care of our customers and those who should be.
