Responsibilities
Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
Reconcile cash drawer daily.
Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
Maintenance and Filing of Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Hard Copies.
Perform any other special duties as requested by Dealer and other Managers.
Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy.
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
18 years of age or older required
