We are now looking to add dynamic, fresh faces to our ever-expanding sales force. Most all divisions are currently hiring at our Kansas City, Kansas location.

Our company is looking for Sales Consultants to join our growing team! We have positions for Inside Sales Consultants within our Broker Division. Along with Sales Consultants for our Drive Away Division that will eventually travel up to 1-2 weeks per month. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who is highly motivated and passionate about helping others in our team environment. On a daily basis, sales consultants are tasked with building a book of business, negotiating rates, executing sales calls, creating solutions, and providing superior customer service. No two days are the same and you can decide how successful you want to be.

You will receive individualized coaching, support, mentorship, and guidance to help you achieve your goal. This position offers a base salary plus a competitive commission where our top performers earn an excellent salary in a flexible and supportive work environment. Previous sales experience is highly preferred but not required. We love to sell, have fun, and help each other win. Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field or equivalent, relevant work experience
• Experience in a sales or customer service work environment
• Professional communication work experience

Expectations:

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City, KS/Kansas City, MO metro area
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Travel up to a week a month as needed
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
