We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our fast growing and dynamic business. This role works closely with our operations teams to identify, measure, and improve key performance metrics. The role supports pricing, cost management and ad hoc growth projects to ensure data driven decision making aligned with financial success. The role requires a team oriented, detail driven candidate who is ready to engage in problem solving across our businesses.

General Accountabilities include:

• Work with transportation, logistics, and warehouse teams to identify KPIs
• Work with Database Architect and Senior Financial Analyst to develop reporting to measure KPIs
• Assist in development of data structure and gathering requirements to create reporting
• Investigate root causes and work with cross-functional areas to provide analysis and recommendations for improvement in operations
• Act as a liaison between operations and finance team
• Extract, develop, and interpret operational data to assist leadership with decision making
• Assist in managing and coordinating analysis for critical projects across functions
• Ad hoc projects, analysis, and reports as determined by current business needs
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of experience in an analytic role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a strong knowledge of Excel
• Familiarity with Power BI and DAX
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
• Basic SQL querying skills (‘Select’ functions and basic ‘where’ clauses)
• Exceptional organization and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
• Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
