EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED at the minimum.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6 months of call center experience but not required. Knowledge of how to use equipment including multi-line phone system, computer and practice software.
REQUIREMENTS: Computer skills, customer service skills, ability to travel to other office locations on occasion, ability to stay late or come in early if needed.
