ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with Drees Divisional Management, Sales Managers and Market Managers to maximize team efforts to sell homes and originate mortgages
Knowledge and Skills:
Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results oriented with strong organization and negotiation skills
Analytical problem solver with the ability to see the big picture
High level of personal and professional integrity
Customer focused, self-motivated and positive attitude
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
