MidwayUSA is Hiring an Accounting Intern Near Columbia, MO
Are you an Accounting student who would like to work in Corporate Accounting? Do you have a love for the outdoors? Then, this opportunity is perfect for you! MidwayUSA has a need for an Accounting Intern who will assist our team of professional accountants responsible for full cycle financial reporting for entities including general ledger systems and reporting in highly automated environment; payables, receivables, payroll, cash management, capital asset detail systems and reporting; journal entry compilation, general ledger account reconciliation and analysis; auditing; and reporting for ISO, audit, various taxes, insurance and banking.
$20.00 per hour wage.To qualify for an internship with MidwayUSA, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- The intern should be within 12 months of completing all requirements for graduation from an accredited program.
- Able to work approximately 16 hours per week/2 hour block minimum at a time, during the school year and full-time when school is not in session.
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA
- Enrolled in a qualified higher education program in a field related to the internship opportunity (accounting, business, or finance)
