The Quick Lube Manager is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position and is responsible for the overall operations of a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility.
- Hires, trains, assigns, and schedules work hours, monitors and evaluates job performance
- Direct the workflow in the service department, overseeing a team of technicians
- Directs customer service functions such as checking and filling fluids, checking and replacing filters, lubricating vehicles, draining oil and
- Meet and exceed defined objectives, store performance, and sales & profit goals
- Enforce all safety life-saving rules as well as all the safety guidelines established
- Lead, coach, and train store employees
- Handle Daily paperwork involved with retail operations
- Inventory & Facility management
- Automotive Retail sales and/or management experience
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Guaranteed Base Salary Commission Pay
- Group health insurance (BCBS)
- Paid holidays - 8 per year
