Overview: 

Mid Atlantic Finance, Clearwater, FL is looking to hire a few superstars to work with and support our inside sales team! Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task as well as prioritizing time-sensitive projects is required. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is a plus!

• Monday - Friday day shift schedule with some OT available, but required at month end 

What You'll Do:

• Assist with all facets of day to day operations of the marketing department.
• Gather data/calculate, and compute/run reports as necessary for the management team.
• Establish new dealers and customer in proprietary systems.
• Create, manage, and update Excel spreadsheets and all necessary customer documents.
• Assist buyers in securing and delivering all required dealer documents needed to process deals timely.
• Communicate with internal departments into process and fund deals.
• Complete the proper audit process.
