Overview

Will be responsible for the technical aspects of this task order coordinating the operations, management, and engineering of the telecommunications system.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client support inquiries and/or issues• Receive work order requests, enter them into the local tracking system, route work orders to technicians for resolution, and provide appropriate notification of issue resolution/work completion
